TAYA CARYN BEVER RN, BSN Is a legal nurse consultant with experience providing comprehensive consulting In legal matters Involving elder abuse and neglect, personal Injury, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical litigation. She Is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC) and has given presentations at the National Educational Conference on long-term care litigation and the Principles and Practices for Legal Nurses. Taya has been a speaker at the Arizona State University College of Nursing and Health Innovation on the topics of documentation and the scope of practice for today's nurses.

Taya worked for Interim Home Health as a certified wound care specialist. She also worked for the Veteran's Administration Hospital In long-term care and the medical surgical unit. Taya developed the Appleseed Program for Aetna insureds. The Appleseed Program is an educational program teaching antenatal post-natal care to new mothers.

Taya graduated from the University of Arizona In 1993. Her clinical background encompasses a wide range of experience, Including: medical surgical nursing , long-term care and rehab, labor and delivery, case management , home health, wound care certification, and neurological trauma and rehab at Barrows Neurological Institute.
