David Nowakowski was born in Illinois and raised in Texas. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and acquired his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. David has eight years of litigation experience. Before he moved to Phoenix in 2018, David was a litigation attorney for a boutique St. Louis law firm focusing on employment and labor law. There, he litigated complex multi-party lawsuits involving discrimination, whistleblowing, and workplace injuries in state and federal court as well as before the Missouri Court of Appeals. Prior to joining our Firm, David led the Employment and Labor practice at Gillespie, Shields, Goldfarb, & Taylor. David is committed to providing excellent service to his clients with conscientious strategy and fastidious execution.
