Mr. Kent, founding partner of Kent & Wittekind, P.C. is a certified
specialist in personal injury and wrongful death. He is admitted to
practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of
Appeals - Ninth and Tenth Circuits, the United States District Court, and
the State of Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the
Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel
and the Defense Research Institute. His practice areas include Professional
Malpractice, General Civil Trial Law, Products Liability Law and Personal
Injury.
Mr. Kent emphasizes professional malpractice and personal injury and has
successfully handled many multi-million dollar cases. Mr. Kent has given
presentations to attorneys, health care professionals and numerous
organizations over the years at seminars sponsored by Physicians'
Associations, Nurses and Physicians Assistants' Associations and the State
Bar of Arizona.
Mr. Kent received his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State
University, magna cum laude, in 1976. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree
in 1980 from the University of Arizona. Mr. Kent began his career at the
Phoenix law firm of Murphy, Ingram & Clements, P.C. where he was an
associate for two years prior to joining Teilborg, Sanders & Parks, P.C. in
1982, where he became an owner/partner. After practicing with Teilborg,
Sanders & Parks for 15 years, in 1999 Mr. Kent formed Kent & Wittekind, P.C.
