Mr. Clevenger attended the University of Arizona and
majored in political science. He graduated from the
University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in 1976 and then attended law school at Arizona State
University. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1979
before being admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and
the United States District Court of Arizona that same
year.
Mr. Clevenger has a wide range of litigation and trial
experience in various areas of the law including complex
tort and commercial litigation. For the past twelve
years prior to joining the firm, his practice has focused
on tort matters, first with an AV rated firm in Tempe,
Arizona and then as a sole practitioner. Representative
cases have included premises liability matters, product
liability actions and insurance disputes. In 1997, Mr.
Clevenger obtained a $900,000.00 jury verdict for his
clients arising out of a hot-air balloon accident.
